Politics:



“The newest ruling will allow the law to be in effect while the case winds through the courts. The Texas law is the most restrictive abortion ban in the nation, prohibiting all abortions after fetal cardiac activity is detected, which usually occurs around six weeks.”



“The U.S. Marine who posted videos on social media criticizing military leadership and the Biden administration’s withdrawal of military assets from Afghanistan pled guilty to all charges during a court-martial hearing at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune in North Carolina on Thursday.”



“Kern County Judge Bernard Barmann issued a temporary restraining order to prevent enforcement of the mandate as the court considers a preliminary injunction request.”
